The residences are classified according to their construction and location. For example:

1. Multi-unit dwellings: Apartment, Multi-family house, Condominium and terraced house s.

2. Semi-detached dwellings: Duplex (Two units with one shared wall)

3. Individual Properties: Houses in general

4. Mobile dwellings: Mobile homes, houseboats, tents.

Some of these homes are temporary use, depending on the season and climate of the city where the house is located. Obviously the price of housing is in reference to the physical characteristics of the house and its dimension.
