Real estate broker

A real estate broker is the intermediary between sellers and buyers of real estate. In the United States, real estate brokers have their own “salespersons”, which support with this work. They also are known as real estate agent or brokers, their job is to assist sellers in marketing their properties and selling them to the highest possible cost under the best conditions. There are some cases where real estate brokers to help buyers but always representing the interests of the seller.

Years ago real estate brokers and their brokers could only represent the interests of the seller but the business changed over the years.
